What is the payment plan?
To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated project, we operate a structured payment schedule:
* 70% upfront to secure, procure, and deliver all required materials to your project site.
* 20% once installation or project execution officially begins.
* 10% balance upon successful completion of the project.
How can I tell if a marble/granite is good quality?
Marbles and granites are natural stones, hence there’s nothing like a fake granite or marbles unless what the person is showing you ain’t marbles and granites. At Greenhorizon, we assure you of real natural marbles and granite. However, there are different options to choose from like cultured stones, quartz and other man made decorative wall cladding materials which are also good. We guide you and tell you plainly which is which.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty and replacement if there’s a mistake.
Can you help calculate the quantity for my space?
Yes, we can. We go for site seeing and measurements are taken for size calculations.
Do you provide installation services?
Of course, that’s one of our major services and we do that for almost all our buying clients.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver both locally and internationally.
